My friend Angela and myself had fun running in the centre of Liverpool with 7000+ other runners. We took it easy but still managed to get round just under 25 minutes, 24'40". Dave managed to do some filming and will try and post this on YouTube tomorrow. Watch this space!
Rebecca who's recovering from a bout of flu decided not to run but still had fun. We all had a lovely lunch at John Lewis after and did quite a bit of shopping too. Dave never thought he'd be buying new leather sofas today! Oh well...it's nearly Christmas!!
As for my running training: back to business tomorrow with hopefully a 10km+ run on the Helsby course.
