Quick way to stay in touch with friends and great to find 'old' friends you haven't heard from in ages!!

Getting my body ready (early night tonight) to run 18km tomorrow on the Helsby course. Mark has agreed to run with me but hopefully this doesn't mean a fast start. Will warn him that I will take it easy!!
My husband and daughter will follow us with the car to offer drinks every 3 or so miles and hopefully take some photos.

A short report with hopefully some photos to follow tomorrow evening.
