Had to cancel my run yesterday and today as it was far to dangerous with the black ice. You can hardly walk in our Close, let alone run! Don't want to run the risk now and get injured!!
Hopefully I will be able to do a slow run without falling tomorrow evening. Don't want to leave it any longer really as Sunday was my last run in Delamere Forest. My first 1/2 marathon is coming closer now and getting a bit nervous already. My number and chip came yesterday and hopefully Pascal's will soon too. At least he's on the starting list, so no problems there!
