Training plans this week

Managed to get another good training session in with the group today. Had to briefly stop once or twice at traffic lights but apart from that I just kept running up and down the road as the others were re-grouping. This meant that I covered 11.5km instead of 10km and had an average of 10.6km/h. Would have liked to go a bit faster but with the group and many running levels that's tricky.
Anyway, will try and go slightly faster on Friday with Mark.

Training schedule for the rest of the week: Wednesday: 10km on my own/slow, Friday 10km with Mark at around 11km/h, Sunday: first 10 mile /16km session and aiming for 1u30min.

A report on Sunday afternoon about this week's training and especially the long one!

Veel sucses met de halve en natuurlijk later de hele marathon..
Het is een droom wat werkelijk top is en eenmaal begonnen wil je niet anders!.

Bedankt Rinus - morgen mijn eerste 10mijl training. Fingers crossed dat alles ok gaat!
